How it works · your AI-optimized data warehouse
Your old software is good at holding records and bad at answering questions. So we stop asking it. We make one careful copy of what's inside, records and documents both, and put it in a warehouse built for AI to answer questions from. The old system is left alone.
You don't need to remember the name. Here's what it means for you:
You're never locked in. It's a free, open format any modern tool can read. If you leave us tomorrow, you keep everything.
Answers come in seconds. It's built for questions, not for filing.
It costs almost nothing to keep. Ten years of records fit on a laptop.
It takes what you already have. Spreadsheets, exports, old Excel files. If a person can read the table, we can use it.
Documents too. Contracts, scanned forms, notes, PDFs. We pull the facts out of them and file those alongside your numbers, so "what does the Acme contract say about late fees?" is a question the warehouse can answer.
Most AI projects end with "the report is wrong" and everyone going back to their spreadsheets. Ours don't, for three reasons.
A person signs off on every column. Software guesses what a column means. Someone in your business says yes or no. Nothing shows up until a human has agreed.
Every number has a receipt. Click any figure and see the file, the rows, the month. Arguments about whose spreadsheet is right end.
Bad data gets flagged, not buried. The mistakes that quietly wreck reports get caught at the door.
Get what you need, when you need it
People ask "how are we doing?" a thousand different ways. But the answer only ever arrives in a few shapes. We work those out ahead of time, for this week, this month, this year, so asking is just picking one up.
The part that matters is which shape, and that depends on where you are. Four words on your phone in the parking lot should get a number. The board meeting should get slides. The bank should get a PDF. Same question, delivered the way you can use it right now.
